The Students’ Chapter (Department of Mechanical Engineering) celebrated the Engineers Day, Birth Anniversary of Sir Mokshagundam Visvesvaraya. The function was presided by Prof. S. C. Chikurde, H.O.D. Prof. S. G. Girme addressed the gathering about the challenges before engineers. Mr. K. K. Bokde & Mr. D. V. Thakur guided members of IEI Students Chapter for this function.
Two mega events were arranged on this occasion, which received a huge response. In the first event, micro projects were exhibited by the participants for different subjects. These will help them to understand various concepts. Mr. A. B. Sutar & Mr. R. D. Bhosale coordinated this event.
Mr. S.D. Ambatkar & Mrs. A. A. Deshpande, arranged for Poster Presentation on various topics. Students collected and presented the information about many subjects. They felt confident after the interaction of Prof. Dr. C. S. Chaudhari, Judge of these competitions. He motivated the students for active participation in various events during prize distribution ceremony. Mr. A. B. Sutar introduced about various activities conducted by IEI Students Chapter.
