02. Induction Program for First Year Students

The Induction Program was conducted for First Year (all programs) of All India Shri Shivaji Memorial Society’s Polytechnic from 21.08.2023 to 24.08.2023 .Details of Induction Program conducted as below: Day 1, 2, 3 : Soft Skill Training Program conducted by Institute of Holistic healing, India: Soft Skill Training Institute : Human Values, Creative Thinking and Critical Analysis, Communication Skill, Importance of cleanliness, Physical Health and Hygiene, Meditation & Stress Management and Time Management Career Orientation & Motivation, Yoga, Importance of plantation are the points covered by Institute of Holistic healing India. Day 4: Induction Program was concluded on 24.08.23

AISSMS Polytechnic is thrilled to announce the very first edition of the “Aarohan” magzine. Thank you to Hon. Shri Malojiraje Chhatrapati for launching the “Aarohan” magazine on the auspicious occasion of Shiv Jayanti. Principal Giram Sir, Ajay Patil Treasurer, Sachin Kulkarni CEO, Mane Sir, and Media Head Sasha Shelke were also present at the magazine’s launch.

Faculty and students have dedicated their time and efforts to making this a big success.

01. Induction Program for First Year Students:

Prior to the beginning of classes, students are given an overview of the complete realm of technical diploma life, from academics to social activities, through a period of days referred to as orientation.

Induction Program was arranged by AISSMS’s Polytechnic for all First Year Diploma students From 13/09/2022 to 16/09/2022. Department HOD Mrs. S. Gaikwad addressed the students and highlighted about the various opportunities in Electronics and Telecommunication field.

Mrs. M. T. Dangat, Lecturer in E& TC department introduced the students about various MSBTE online & offline activities such as Academic Calendar, curriculum, internal & external theory, practical exam, Question paper and model answer paper etc. Also she highlighted Micro project concept which is newly introduced in I-scheme curriculum.

02. Fun fair, Music Corner and Carrom Competition:

Getting involved in activities beside the academic can help the students to meet new people with whom they share interests and improve their social skills. Extracurricular activities also help students to expand their network, which is beneficial for finding career opportunities after graduation.

Every year, for students’ overall development extracurricular activities were arranged by AISSMS’s Polytechnic.

On 17th February 2023, E& TC Engineering Department organized Funfair, Music Corner and Carrom competition.

03. Alumni Meet 2023:

The Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering Department has organized a Virtual Alumni Meet on 04^th March 2023. All staff members and the alumni working in various fields in the world have joined this program. Some of alumni expressed their views about the college and alumni meet.

04. Women’s Day:

The International Women’s Day was celebrated at AISSMS Polytechnic on 8th March, 2022. The purpose of celebrating Women’s Day is – To raise awareness about the status and dignity of women among the students.

On International Women’s Day, Internal Complaint Committee (ICC-Vishakha cell) of our institute was organized awareness campaign on “Precautions to be taken in menstrual cycle” for all the girl students, teaching and non-teaching ladies’ staff.

The demonstration on selection of biodegradable sanitary pads was given by Dr. (Mrs) M.S. Gijare.

05. Parent-Teacher Meet (PTM):

The Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering Department has organized a Parent-Teacher Meet on 12th of April 2023 for SYEJ and FYEJ students. In PTM we discussed online MSBTE S-23 conduction and student’s attendance and Class Test-1 performance.
