Faculty Achievements

• Our faculty member,  A. N. Gedam, served as a Reviewer for the International Journal of Intelligent Decision Technologies, published by IOS Press.
• A. N. Gedam served as a Session Chair at the AISPATJ-2025 National Conference, organized by The Institution of Engineers (India), Pune Local Centre, held on 19th and 20th March 2025 in Pune.
• A. N. Gedam served as the Convener of the AISPATJ-2025 National Conference, organized by The Institution of Engineers (India), Pune Local Centre, held on 19th and 20th March 2025 in Pune.
• A. N. Gedam was invited to serve as a Jury Member for the MSBTE-sponsored Paper Presentation organized by Government Polytechnic, Pune, on 21st September 2024.
• A. N. Gedam served as a Reviewer for MEICON 1.0 – International Conference, organized by OP Jindal University, Raigarh (Chhattisgarh).
• Invited to join as a speaker to deliver a presentation on a preferred topic of work at the 4th International Conference on Nutrition and Healthcare, scheduled for November 11–12, 2024, in Bangkok, Thailand.
• Big congratulations to Prof. A. N. Gedam on being nominated as the Faculty Advisor for the Polytechnics Students’ Chapter under AISC for 2024-25. His passion for teaching & mentoring students truly shines through this honor. We’re lucky to have a dedicated guide for our future tech leaders at AISSMS Polytechnic. Achievement in Chess at AISSMS Diva Krida Shakti 2025

We are proud to share that Ms. Ankita Nagargoje (Computer Department), Ms. Chandrabhaga Maind (ENTC Department), and Mrs. S. S. Dethe (Civil Department) represented AISSMS Polytechnic in the Chess Competition at the prestigious AISSMS Diva Krida Shakti 2025 Demonstrating exceptional strategic skill and teamwork, they secured the Winner’s Title in the event, bringing honour and pride to our institution. Outstanding Achievement at Technofest 2K25

We are delighted to announce that Vedant Pawar, Meet Shah, Aashutosh Nangare, and Shivam Raut—students of Third Year—have secured the First Position in Technofest 2K25, a State-Level Technical Event organized by Marathwada Mitramandal’s Polytechnic, Pimpri Chinchwad, Pune.

Their remarkable performance and innovative approach brought laurels to our institution. Heartfelt congratulations to the entire team for their outstanding achievement!

Outstanding Achievement at Presnto-Fest 2K25

Our students Khushi Nanekar, Sneha Naik, and Tanvi Newase actively participated and presented a paper on the topic “Artificial Neural Networks and Machine Learning” in the National Level Technical Paper Presentation Competition Presnto-Fest 2K25, conducted online by the Computer Engineering Department of ATS, Sanjay Bhokare Group of Institutes, Miraj, on 11th March 2025. The team was awarded as the 2nd Runner-Up

Participation in DIPEX-2025 – State-Level Exhibition of Innovative Models

We are proud to announce that our third-year students—Shivaji Rathod, Prajwal  Suryawanshi, Pooja Wavdara, Harshada Yele(Group 1) and Shivam Raut, Meet Shah, Vedant Pawar, Aashutosh Nangare—participated in DIPEX-2025, a prestigious state-level exhibition-cum-competition of innovative working models. The event was held from 3rd to 6th April 2025 at COEP Ground, Pune, in collaboration with COEP Technological University and sponsored by the Maharashtra State Board of Technical Education (MSBTE).

DIPEX provides a unique platform for Diploma, Degree, and Postgraduate students in Engineering and Agriculture from across Maharashtra and Goa to present their innovative project models to a diverse audience. This event not only encourages creativity and technical skills but also offers students valuable exposure through interactions with eminent industrialists, academicians, and professionals from various fields.

• Two Research Articles Indexed by Scopus and Emerging Source Citation Indexed-Web of Science Database respectively.
• Invitation Received to join as a Speaker to deliver a presentation on preferred topic of work, by 4th International Conference on Nutrition and Healthcare is scheduled on November 11-12, 2024 in Bangkok, Thailand. 9.

Mr. A.N. Gedam became jury of All India Seminar organized at IEI Pune local centre on 30th and 31st March 2024. All discipline academic students and Industry persons presented a technical papers on the theme : Green Technology on sustainable Development.
The event was grand success.

Mrs.Vrushali Sonar has been awarded as Ms.Creativity Crusader in AISSMS Diva 2024 ceremony in faculty category on occasion of women’s day.

The startup idea was about promoting Indian art….
It was about selling tshirts printed with authentic Indian art. Their USP was The information about the painting and its origin on a tag along with the pricetag..This way the business will create employment for Artisans as well as Souvenirs for tourists. On 23 feb 2024
