01. Teacher’s Day Celebration
AISSMS Polytechnic is thrilled to announce the very first edition of the “Aarohan” magzine. Thank you to Hon. Shri Malojiraje Chhatrapati for launching the “Aarohan” magazine on the auspicious occasion of Shiv Jayanti. Principal Giram Sir, Ajay Patil Treasurer, Sachin Kulkarni CEO, Mane Sir, and Media Head Sasha Shelke were also present at the magazine’s launch.
Faculty and students have dedicated their time and efforts to making this a big success.

01. Teacher’s Day Celebration (Teacher’s Act):
Teacher’s day is celebrated by Electronics & Telecommunication Engineering department students On 6th September 2022, the birth anniversary of the former President Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan, a well-known Scholar, teacher and promoter of education. On this special day, students celebrated the contribution of teachers. Also students from Electronics & Telecommunication Department shown enthusiasm and taken active participation and performed Teacher’s Act.
02. Shiv Jayanti:
Shiv Jayanti is the birth anniversary of great Maratha ruler Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj. Shiv Jayanti is celebrated every year on February 19 with much pomp in the entire College. This year on 19th Feb.2023. Honorary Principal, Mr. S K Giram graced the occasion by his presence and inspirational talk.
03. Women’s Day:
The International Women’s Day was celebrated at AISSMS Polytechnic on 8th March, 2022. The purpose of celebrating Women’s Day is – To raise awareness about the status and dignity of women among the students.
On International Women’s Day, Internal Complaint Committee (ICC-Vishakha cell) of our institute was organized awareness campaign on “Precautions to be taken in menstrual cycle” for all the girl students, teaching and non-teaching ladies’ staff.
The demonstration on selection of biodegradable sanitary pads was given by Dr. (Mrs) M.S. Gijare.

1) Teacher’s Day Celebration (Teacher’s Act):
Teacher’s day is celebrated by Electronics & Telecommunication Engineering department students On 5th September 2020 through online mode using Google meet platform, the birth anniversary of the former President Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan, a well-known Scholar, teacher and promoter of education. On this special day, students celebrated the contribution of teachers. Also students from Electronics &Telecommunication and Instrumentation Department shown enthusiasm and taken active participation and performed Teacher’s Act.
2) Engineers day:
On the occasion of Engineer’s day Electronics & Telecommunication and Instrumentation Engineering department organized online Technical Webinar on “IOT & Industrial Automation” on 15 th September 2020. The memory of Sir Mokshagundam Visvesvaraya every year the Electronics &Telecommunication and Instrumentation Engineering department has been celebrating the 15th of September as an engineer’s day.
This academic year is a little difficult due to the pandemic situation but still,
Electronics & Telecommunication and Instrumentation Engineering department had organized an online Technical Webinar on “IOT & Industrial Automation” by experts from industry, Mr. Mahesh Chitale (MPTA Education Ltd, Pune as a Automation Project Engineer + Professional Trainer) and Mr. Chinmay Kulkarni (MPTA Education Ltd Placement Executive). They shared their thoughts and communicated with the students.
3) Online Induction Program for First Year Students:
Prior to the beginning of classes, students are given an overview of the complete realm of technical diploma life, from academics to social activities, through a period of days referred to as orientation.
One day Induction Program was arranged by AISSMS’s Polytechnic for all First Year Diploma students
On 05/01/2021. Department HOD Mrs. V S Gaikwad addressed the students and highlighted about the various opportunities in Electronics and Telecommunication field.
Mrs. M. T. Dangat, Lecturer in E& TC department introduced the students about various MSBTE online
& offline activities such as Academic Calendar, curriculum, internal & external theory, practical exam,
Question paper and model answer paper etc. Also she highlighted Micro project concept which is newly
introduced in I-scheme curriculum.
4) Poster Presentation:
Electronics &Telecommunication and Instrumentation Department arranged poster presentation competition on 27/01/2021 for students through online mode. The Objective of competition was to make students adaptive to online platform, to create platform for participants to showcase creativity in pandemic situation, to make people aware about COVID-19 related scientific information.
5) Women’s Day:
The International Women’s Day was celebrated at AISSMS Polytechnic on 8 th March, 2021. The purpose of celebrating Women’s Day is – To raise awareness about the status and dignity of women among the students and staff. Zumba session was conducted by Pradnya Papal-Deshmukh for girl students and ladies staff on Women’s day through online mode. Mrs. ManjiriKantak guided to our students and staff regarding benefits of YOGA in women’s health.
Teacher’s Day: 5th September 2018
Teacher’s day was celebrated at department of Electronics & Tele Communication Engineering and Instrumentation on 5th September 2018 by ELISA. The Students from class FY, SY and TY exhibited their talents as a treat to the teachers. Teachers also taken active participation in different games arranged for them by students. The students from TY expressed their thankfulness to see their teachers.
