1. Industrial Visit at “ONETECH SMT Solutions Pvt. Ltd.” Alandi Road, Kurali Chakan 410505

Industrial Visit Organized for Second year students of Electronics & Telecommunication Engineering department, students under IEI Student Chapter. Industrial Visit organized on Wednesday 21.8.2024 at “ONETECH SMT Solutions Pvt. Ltd.” Alandi Road, Kurali Chakan Pune- 410505. Industrial Visit organized by Ms. C. M. Maind and three faculty members Mrs. S.P Gopnarayan, Mr. S H Kale and Mrs. Jyoti Khandare, has taken care of entire work and discipline throughout visit. Mr. Vitthal P Chidrawar & Mr. Nitin Jadhav explained working of Industrial Automation such as pick and place robot machine, wave soldier, PCB loader, Reflow, manual soldering, PCB mounting, through whole SMT and inspection testing, also motivated students for entrepreneurship.
2. Industrial Visit at “Indradhanushya Environment and Citizenship Centre”
No of Students Participated: 40 STUDENTS
Electronics & Telecommunication engineering department under IEI Students Chapter has organized an Industrial Visit on 23.8.2024 for Third year diploma student in association with Indradhanushya Environment and Citizenship Centre, Pune. Industrial Visit organized by Ms. C. M. Maind and two faculty members Mrs. M. T. Dangat and Mrs. M. R. Talware, has taken care of entire work and discipline throughout visit Mr. Ashwini Yadav, Educational Officer, Pune MNC, given presentation on environmental issues and had discussion about the government programs run by Pune MNC to create the awareness among society to protect environment.
3. Industrial Visit at “Police communication and IT Department” (Police Wireless Mobile Station), Pashan Road, Pune
No of Students Participated: 35 STUDENTS
Electronics & Telecommunication Department under IEI and ISTE Students’ Chapter has organized an Industrial Visit on Friday 07.01.2025 under the supervision of Mrs.V. S. Gaikwad and Ms. C. M. Maind at Add DGP & Director Police communication & Transportation office premises Chavan Nagar, Pashan Road, Pune.

DYSP Aravind Alhat and ASI Swati Gaikwad explained about Research and Development sections, V-SAT (Polnet) explained by ASI Jayant Gawas, Training Center Police Wireless Museum and Aryabhatta open Museum explained by PSI Deepak Kelkar and ASI Rahul Taware. DySP Nitin Joshi and PSI Sanjay Shivde guided students for career opportunities in Electronics and Telecommunication.

Electronics & Telecommunication Department under IEI and ISTE Student’s Chapter has organized an Industrial Visit on Friday 24.01.2025 for SYEJ students under the supervision of Mrs. J .R. Khandare , Mrs. D. M. Patki and Mr. S. H. Kale at Vidyavani Community Radio, Savitribai Phule Pune University, Ganeshkhind, Pune-08. Industrial Visit organized by Ms. C. M. Maind
Mr. Shridatta Gaikwad and Mr. Jagtap sir explained about programmes on Vidyavani which are focused on various departments of the Pune University. The visit aimed to provide hands-on experience with broadcasting and a deeper understanding of community radio’s impact. The students toured the state-of-the-art facilities, met with Vidyavani’s experienced team, and even participated in a mock radio show.
Gaikwad Sir demonstrated how editing of audio signal is done by using different software. Jagtap Sir explained about the difference between Akashwani Radio and Community Radio.
Also they guided students for career opportunities in media and broadcasting especially in Sound Engineering for Electronics and Telecommunication.

01. Industrial Visit at “Indradhanushya Environment Education Center”
Industrial Visit organized by Electronics &Telecommunication Engineering department on 07.9.2023, at Indradhanushya Environment Education Center.
Pune Municipal Corporation’s Indradhanushya Environment Education Center and Rajiv Gandhi Zoological Park together had organised one day workshop to celebrate ‘ International Day of Clean Air for Blue Skies’ 35 students of Electronics and Telecommunication and teachers from AISSMS Polytechnic participated in the workshop. Students made aware about “Air Pollution: Mitigation Measures by PMC” with help of presentation along with documentary film screening.

Department of Electronics & Telecommunication Engineering, under IEI Students’ Chapter has organized a Industrial Visit of TYEJ student on Friday 05.01.2024 at Police communication and Transport, (Police Wireless Mobile Station), Chavan Nagar, Pashan Road, Pune.
Ms. D. J. Yerolkar Lecturer in A.I.S.S.M. S’s Polytechnic has supervised this visit. Nodal Officer, Shri. M.Y. Buchke explained about research and development section, polnet terminal (V-SAT), Police Wireless Museum (Training Center) and Aryabhatta open Museum of Police Wireless Head Quarters, Pune.
03. Industrial Visit at “Maharashtra State Electricity Distribution Co. Ltd.”
Electronics & Telecommunication Engineering Department under IEI and ISTE Students’ Chapter has organized an Industrial Visit on Saturday 17.02.2024 at Maharashtra State Electricity Distribution Co. Ltd. Baner, Zone, Pune-08. Mrs. Renu Kulkarni, Assistant Engineer (Meter Testing and Filtration Unit), Mr. Dhanajay Pawar, Senior Technician, Mr. Chetan Titkare, Apprentice Engineer explained about Meters like Single phase Meter, three phase Meter, CT Meter, Solar Meter etc and its parameters also explained about Transformer & different parts of transformer.
04. Industrial Visit at NITS Global, Shivaji Nagar, Pune
Industrial Visit organized by the Electronics & Telecommunication Engineering Department under IEI and ISTE Students’ Chapter at NITS Global, Shivaji Nagar, Pune. Mr. Amol Gaikwad give explanations on Networking devices such as NIC cards, Hubs, Repeaters, Routers, Switches, and Firewalls. The demonstration of Cisco Packet Tracer simulation software was truly eye-opening. Students enjoyed exploring the functionalities of these networking devices firsthand in the Data room. It was an enriching experience for all involved.
