PRINCIPAL’S MESSAGE

Mr. B. S. Patil – Principal, AISSMS
It is my conviction that only technical education can change our country into a developed, prosperous and a better nation. Our ex-president Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam has predicted that India will become a developed nation in 2020. For this, he has set a goal of 2020. I think if we want to achieve this, technical institutions and education should be given priority so that we can develop our own technology in every field which will lead the world.Though India has second largest population in the world, it is observed that we don’t have enough technicians and scientists who will show the Country a glimpse of development. Only technical education has the ability to eradicate poverty and unemployment, the two biggest enemies of our country. Here, at A.I.S.S.M.S’s Polytechnic, we strive to impart quality technical education to our students so that they can both carve out a better future for them and become the pillars of Indian Industry. In A.I.S.S.M.S’s Polytechnic, we don’t just teach textbooks, we also help students to inculcate high moral values and principles. We encourage them to develop their energies productively and in right direction. In college we teach them how to interact in society, how to behave with others and how to become better human beings.
